# 메시지 발송을 위한 필수 설정 안내

설정한 메시지가 발송되지 않는 경우 아래 설정이 모두 완료되었는지 확인해주세요.

## 1. 인스타그램 메시지의 엑세스를 허용해주세요.

1. 인스타그램 앱에 접속 후 프로필 화면으로 이동해주세요.
2. 프로필 화면 우측 상단 햄버거 버튼을 눌러 \[메시지 및 스토리 답장] 메뉴로 이동해주세요.
3. \[메시지 관리] 메뉴로 이동해주세요.
4. 메시지 엑세스 허용 여부를 ON 으로 설정해주세요.

## 2. 인스타그램기본 대화 라우팅 앱을 소셜비즈로 설정해주세요.

기본 대화 라우팅 앱이 소셜비즈가 아닐 경우, 자동 메시지가 발송되지 않을 수 있어요.

1. 소셜비즈 외 다른 DM 자동화 서비스가 연결되어있는 경우

2. 소셜비즈 답장 유형 중 문의 메시지를 사용하여 사용자와 상담원의 직접 대화를 위해 자동 메시지가 잠시 중단된 경우

3. Facebook 에  로그인해주세요.

4. 우측 상단 프로필 아이콘을 클릭 후 소셜비즈와 연결된 페이지를 선택해주세요.\
   ＊ 페이지가 보이지 않으면 \[프로필 모두 보기] 를 클릭 후 선택해주세요.

5. [기본 라우팅 앱 설정 화면](https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ig_conversation_routing)으로 접속해주세요.

6. \[설정] 버튼을 누른 뒤 설정을 시작해주세요.

7. 단계에 따라서 \[계속] 버튼을 누르고 진행해주세요.

8. 기본 라우팅 앱 선택 단계에서 소셜비즈 앱(앱 번호 뒷4자리: 8584)을 선택해주세요.

9. 설정 화면에서 기본 라우팅 앱이 소셜비즈 앱으로 변경됩니다.

3번 링크로 이동되지 않을 경우는 페이스북에서 아래 경로로 접속해주세요.

1\) 1\~2번까지 진행 후 관리하시는 페이지를 선택해주세요. (페이지를 선택하면 관리 화면으로 자동 이동돼요.)

2\) 페이지 관리 화면에서  좌측 \[설정] 메뉴를 클릭해주세요.

3\) 좌측 \[페이지 설정] 메뉴를 클릭해주세요.

4\) 화면 중간 Instagram 대화 라우팅 메뉴에서 \[보기] 버튼을 클릭해주세요.
